We address sleep difficulties through a combination of medical intervention and behavioral strategies, helping clients establish healthy sleep patterns and improve their quality of life.

ADHD & OCD
Our specialists provide thorough evaluations and individualized treatment plans for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), combining medication management with practical coping strategies for daily life. Objective ADHD testing.

Stress Management

Location & Availability
We offer convenient telehealth services to residents of Arizona, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. In-office visits are available by appointment only for Mississippi residents. We cannot accept walk-ins at this time.
We do not provide crisis intervention services. If you have a crisis or emergency, please call 9-1-1 or 9-8-8 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Appointments

We serve clients 6 years and older in Arizona, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Virginia

During telehealth, you must physically be in your provider's licensed state

Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations to allow us to offer the slot to others

Cancellation/no-show fees: $100 for initial appointments, $75 for follow-ups

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling to maintain clinic flow
Forms and Documentation

We assist established clients with forms including FMLA and disability paperwork

Accurate completion requires multiple evaluations and treatment progression

We don't provide one-time psychiatric evaluations solely for form completion

Fees apply for most forms/letters (except school medication forms for adolescents)

Professional Conduct

All interactions should be based on mutual respect to foster trust and collaboration

Zero-tolerance policy for disruptive, disrespectful, or discriminatory behavior

Services may be terminated for policy violations
Medication Policies

Prescriptions are issued based on provider's professional judgment

We typically prescribe enough medication to last until your next appointment

Schedule follow-ups before leaving to prevent medication interruptions

Bridge refills may be provided in extenuating circumstances as a courtesy

Controlled substances (benzodiazepines) require frequent monitoring and aren't for long-term use

No early refills for controlled substances or for non-compliant patients
Telehealth Information

Some clinical needs may not be appropriate for telehealth visits

Technical failures beyond our control may require rescheduling

Our providers complement but don't replace your primary care physician

Some services (testing, labs) may require visits to external facilities
Emergency and Crisis Care
If you or someone you know is in danger or having a medical or mental health emergency, call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency room. You may also call the Crisis Line at 9-8-8. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
